This notice explains how PartyGames Club (“the Site”) processes the personal data of its visitors under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable national law. For details about cookies please also read our Cookie Policy.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Francesco Pettazzoni. For any request about your data, write to contact@partygamesclub.com.

2. What data we process

2.1 Browsing data

During normal operation, the hosting provider's systems collect certain data whose transmission is inherent to Internet protocols: IP address, browser and operating system, date and time of the request, page requested and server response code. This data is used only to run and secure the Site, not to identify you.

2.2 Data stored on your device

The Site requires no sign-up. Team names, scores, game settings and your cookie choice are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers. You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

2.3 Third-party cookies and identifiers

Only with your consent, Google may use cookies and device identifiers for aggregate statistics (Google Analytics) and to show ads, including personalised ads (Google AdSense). See sections 4 and 5.

If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message only to reply to you.

4. Advertising: Google AdSense

The Site is funded by ads served by Google Ireland Limited through Google AdSense. If you consent, Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to show you ads based on your interests and to measure their performance. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalised ads, for example based on the content of the page.

The Site uses Google Consent Mode v2: until you make a choice, every advertising and analytics signal is set to “denied”.

Learn more about how Google uses data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage ad personalisation in Google Ad Settings and at Your Online Choices.

5. Statistics: Google Analytics

If enabled, and only with your consent, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate statistics (pages visited, most played games, device type). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data is kept for the minimum retention period available and is not used to identify you. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by providers acting as processors or independent controllers: the Site's hosting provider, Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (advertising and statistics) and Google-certified advertising partners. Data is never sold or made public.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Google LLC, may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework of 10 July 2023 and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.

8. How long we keep data

  • Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes, normally no longer than 30 days.
  • Consent preferences: 180 days, after which we will ask for your choice again.
  • Data stored in your browser (teams, scores): until you delete it.
  • Third-party cookies: for the duration listed in the Cookie Policy.
  • Emails: as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 12 months.

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You can withdraw or change your cookie consent with the button below or the “Manage cookies” link on every page.

To exercise your rights, email contact@partygamesclub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

10. Children

The games are designed for a general audience. Consent to non-essential cookies can only be given independently by users who have reached the age of digital consent in their country (14 in Italy, 13–16 elsewhere in the EU); below that age, consent must be given by a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice, for example when we add new services or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If the changes are significant we will ask for your consent again.
