How to play Who Knows Who Best

Who Knows Who Best is the couples game that reveals how well you really know your partner, your best friend or your sibling. You play in teams of two: one person answers a question about themselves and the other has to guess the answer. Every correct guess is worth a point, and the pair with the most points is crowned “the pair who knows each other best”. It's perfect for a couples' night, an anniversary, an engagement party or a sibling showdown.

Step-by-step rules

  1. Form pairs and give each one a name in the “Your teams” panel. You can play with 1 to 6 pairs.
  2. Choose a mode: Couples in love or Best friends. The questions change slightly depending on your choice.
  3. The host reads the question. In each pair, one person writes their answer on a slip of paper and the other tries to guess it out loud.
  4. If the answers match, press + on that pair: they score a point.
  5. In “Which of us…” rounds, both partners count to three and point at the person who fits the sentence. If they point at the same person, it's a point.
  6. When you want to finish, press “End game” to see the final ranking.

How many players do you need?

You need at least 2 people (a single pair playing to beat their own record), but the fun grows with 3-4 competing pairs. The game supports up to 6 pairs, or 12 players. A game of 15-20 questions takes about 20 minutes.

More than 100 questions to get to know each other

Questions range from tastes (food, music, films, travel) to daily habits, from secret dreams to the funniest memories. There are also questions about your story together, like your first trip, and more than 25 “Which of us…” rounds to find out whether you see each other the same way.

Tips for a perfect game

  • Grab paper and pens: writing the answer down first avoids arguments about who “changed their mind”.
  • Swap who answers and who guesses every question, so both partners play equally.
  • Accept close answers: if one writes “pasta” and the other says “spaghetti”, decide together whether it counts.
  • Scores are saved in your global teams: you can continue the challenge in another team game.

How do I reset the score?

The “Reset scores” box is ticked when you start a game. You can also use the “Reset scores” button in the teams panel.

Can we play remotely?
